The staffs were attentive & efficient. I was upgraded to an air conditioned superior queen studio with good beds and linen.

I didn't find breakfast, so was a little disappointed.

Location: the hotel was really close to Pattaya and Jomtien, tropical greenery and fun statues and hustling, bustling Pattaya.

Look no further! Baan Souy is by far the best resort I've stayed at in Thailand. Everything is carefully maintained and to a very high standard. The rooms surrounding the pool and lovely garden are attractive, with plenty of space and amenities. The staff are excellent - considerate, professional, and with impeccable manners. The location is excellent, midway between downtown Pattaya and Jomtien Beach. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide choice of food. an excellent hotel.

I recently stayed at Baan Souy Resort in Jomtien for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, situated between downtown Pattaya and Jomtien Beach. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a fridge, microwave, and even washing up facilities. The breakfast options were excellent, with a choice of 5 set menus, and I loved having breakfast brought to me in the beautiful garden. The hotel's pool and surrounding area were also lovely, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. an excellent hotel with great amenities and a relaxed atmosphere.

I had an amazing time at this resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The social scene was unique and vibrant, with a mix of long-term guests and frequent travelers. It was great to connect with fellow guests and form friendships. The location of the resort was also ideal, providing a secluded and cozy atmosphere away from the chaos of the city. I loved spending time by the pool in the beautifully landscaped garden, listening to the birds singing.

The only downside I found was that the beds and pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. the breakfast options were not very flexible, and I would have preferred the option to customize my meal.

The hotel's location was perfect - tucked away from the noisy streets but still conveniently close to Jomtien beach and Pattaya. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service with a friendly and professional attitude. Baan Souy Resort gave us a wonderful experience that made our stay in the area truly memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel in Pattaya. Baan Souy Resort exceeded all our expectations with its attractive surroundings, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities. The pool and lovely garden with trees and shrubs created a tranquil atmosphere, while the birds singing added to the charm. The rooms were more than spacious enough, offering plenty of storage with lots of drawers and a computer-sized safe. The highlight was the big bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and three different shower heads. Additionally, the breakfast selection was impressive, with five set menus to choose from. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast brought to us in the garden, making for a delightful start to each day. The location was perfect, with easy access to Jomtien beach and Pattaya for dining options. The staff were fantastic, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Baan Souy Resort is an excellent hotel that we highly recommend and will definitely return to in the future.
